After you type in your keywords, the search engine looks for them. When the engine has completed its search, it displays a list of all the Web sites that include the words you asked for. You can click on a Web site in the list to be connected directly to it. Most search engines display only 10-25 site names at a time by default. The sites are listed according to their level of relevance to the information you desired. That's why it's a good idea to read the list in order. Most engines also display a numeric score, rating the relevance of each site.
